Cinnabar Vineyards & Winery has been making award-winning wines for over 40 years. We offer a wide range of exceptional wines in our Gilroy tasting room. Visitors can relax in our "country life" tasting room and winery in Gilroy, surrounded by vineyards and hills, truly a destination. Throughout the year, we offer various fun events such as vineyard educational tours, barrel tastings, grape stomps, and wine blending parties.
Ron Mosley began his career in 1983 at the Cinnabar winery in the hills above Saratoga, where he planted the vineyard, helped build the winery and wine caves, and raised his family for over 20 years. Today, Ron and master winemaker Alejandro Aldama work side by side in the vineyards and winery, crafting outstanding approachable wines. The 40+ seasons have taught us that ’wine is made in the vineyard’ and undergoes a miraculous transformation in the winery. We partner with local growers to provide the best fruit to create exceptional wines for you to enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you to our tasting room soon!
